Wish your teeth were a little straighter but not interested in braces? Clear aligner therapy moves teeth with a series of nearly invisible trays, designed for comfort and flexibility. You take them out to eat, brush, and floss—then pop them back in to keep progress moving. At Pak Dental, we create precise, predictable plans tailored to your bite and lifestyle.
We’ll evaluate your goals, bite, and bone support to confirm candidacy and discuss expected timelines.
We take photos, 3D scans or impressions, and X-rays as needed. Using these records, we design a step-by-step tooth movement plan. You’ll preview the projected result before we order your custom aligner series.
Most patients wear aligners 20–22 hours a day, switching to a new set about every 1–2 weeks. You’ll remove them to eat and drink anything besides water.
To increase control, small tooth-colored “attachments” may be bonded to certain teeth temporarily. Light enamel reshaping (IPR) can create space for crowding and reduce black triangles—always conservatively and comfortably.
Short visits every 6–10 weeks help us monitor progress, deliver additional aligners, and make minor plan adjustments.
Teeth naturally want to shift back. After treatment you’ll wear retainers nightly (then on a maintenance schedule) to protect your new alignment. We’ll review options: clear retainers, bonded wires, or a combination.
Will aligners affect my speech?
A brief lisp is common for a few days. Your tongue adapts quickly.
How long will treatment take?
Most cases finish in 6–18 months depending on complexity and wear time.
What if I lose an aligner?
Call us. You may move to the next set or replace the current one depending on how long you wore it.
We’ll map your movements, show you the destination, and guide you every step of the way.
